Kim Scott wins: Best of Show

Banners on the Boulevard is an event sponsored by the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and is a high-visibility show that will draw attention to participating artists throughout the entire summer. Thousands of people will travel to Uptown to view the art banners and over a million vehicles will travel the course of the display during the event. Banners on the Boulevard will remain on display throughout the summer months.

The collected few paint, photograph and install their unique visions and narratives, drawn from their experiences in and amongst the creatures of Earth, in an ongoing, all-out battle for human consciousness. Don't miss this exciting group show of emerging Bay Area artists.
